Kelly McNeill, CPCC

Kelly McNeill is a Certified Co-Active Coach. She has been coaching since 2014 and works with both individuals and organizations.
In her coaching practice, Kelly works with coachees to help them realize and step into leadership. She understands the stress and demands of the corporate culture - after living in it for 15 years as a sales executive and manager. Kelly works with her clients to better communicate their needs and ask for what they want. She utilizes tools such as the DISC behavioral assessment, 360 Performance Reviews, and other proprietary evaluations in each coaching engagement.
Kelly did her coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute, widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. Working with the Co-Active model, Kelly empowers her clients to imagine a world where everyone has a compelling vision of their work. A world that receives everyone’s best efforts and gifts – instead of merely their compliance. Rather than just going through the motions, work is inspired and innovative. Coachees generate creative solutions through collaboration that wouldn’t be possible working in a vacuum.
Kelly graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz where she acted as Vice President of the Psi Chi Honor Society. She is proud of her volunteer work with the San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hotline and is honored to be a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Junior League. She is also a dedicated spouse and mom to two fabulous children.
