Frank Lynch, Ph.D.

 Frank Lynch is a senior consultant for Apex Performance Strategies and has coached leaders in large organizations to exceed through insight, focus and innovation. Most recently, Frank was a Talent Development leader at a fast growth biotech company where he worked with senior executives and headed up leadership development programs.

Frank has experience in wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, manufacturing, healthcare, government and airlines. He’s served as both a consultant and an internal HR leader, running his own consulting firm in addition to managing L&D teams. Many of his clients are multinational organizations, and Frank has worked extensively in Asia and Europe.

Frank received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University.
